Our music system lets members pick the tunes, so you can work out to music you actually enjoy.
Changing Rooms:
We have two changing rooms located in the back of the gym. One changing room has a toilet and sink and the other changing room has a shower.
Fueling Station:
We have pre and post workout options (bars, drinks, powders) for purchase.
Kids Corner:
We’re a family-oriented gym, and we know our community is, too. We don’t want parents to have to choose between watching their kiddos and getting their workout in, so we’ve created a small space where children can play, relax, and be just like you while you train.
* Parents are responsible for supervising their children and cleaning up after them. Please pick up toys and wipe up any messes before you leave.
The kids’ area includes:
- An iPad with kid-friendly YouTube and show options
- A table for coloring and activities
- A variety of small toys
- Wooden weights so little ones can “work out” just like you

Members receive secure access that allows entry anytime, day or night.

Your membership will start once complete your online waiver.

We offer monthly, 6-month, and annual memberships.
Do memberships auto-renew?
Yes! Memberships automatically renew according to the plan you select.
How do I make changes to my membership?
You can easily manage your membership by emailing us. Any changes or requests will be handled on the next business day.
Do you offer day or short-term passes?
Yes, we offer day passes and can be purchased in our Shop under Passes.
