Pilates Class
Join us at Machias Fitness for a 1 hour Pilates Class instructed by Amanda Bidlack Strand.
Classes are available to all! No membership required. Please note the time and date of the class prior to purchase. Class purchases are nonrefundable. Spots are sold at a first come first serve basis. All class attendees are required to bring a pair of indoor shoes, and sign a waiver before participation.
Pilates Mat is a 60 minute low-impact music-driven total body, sculpting session. It blends body weight and high rep light weight exercises, flowing movement, isolation, and isometric holds, to build endurance, flexibility, and core strength. This class features resistance props like light weights, balls, rings or bands.
